Graphic Designer
ABOUT THIS ROLE
CHIC is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Paris and Singapore, working closely across both offices at the intersection of luxury, beauty and digital e-commerce.
Working closely with the Digital Design Director (Singapore) and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the agency, this role plays a key part in bridging European brand thinking with international digital ecosystems. You will contribute to the development of e-commerce, social and campaign assets for global and regional clients, with a strong focus on executional excellence and digital relevance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Create engaging visual content for paid media, product storytelling and online activations
• Support the development and execution of various campaigns across e-commerce platforms and social media and retail environments
• Adapt brand assets, ensuring both consistency and local relevance
• Work closely with strategy and account teams to translate briefs into clear, effective creative outputs
• Collaborate with teams across Paris, Singapore and London to deliver quality work
• Contribute to the development of design systems and evolving content approaches across projects
• Build scalable design templates, guidelines and toolkits for efficient campaign execution.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in visual arts, visual communications or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the digital, social or integrated design role (Agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital and social content, especially within the beauty, luxury, lifestyle sector
• A sharp eye for design, with strong skills in layout, compositions, visual storytelling
• Able to interpret briefs and translate them into clear, effective visual outputs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g. Teams)
• Good understanding of AI tools to help with workflow, ideation
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a relative fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and ability to align with different teams and expectations
• A curious mind, highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities autonomously
• Eager to learn and adapt to different ecosystems and market needs
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages such as French or Mandarin are a strong advantage
BONUS POINTS
• Basic knowledge of Figma would be appreciated
• Simple animation skills with After Effects
• Familiarity with Asian digital platforms (e.g. Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok / Taobao / Wechat / Xiao hong shu) is a plus
• Open to candidates eligible to work in France or Singapore
